We currently have two fabulous music teachers. Both local, Stephanie and Alex teach beginners through to advanced students. Electric or acoustic, modern or more traditional music, you choose.
Private guitar tuition runs Monday to Thursday afternoons and evenings.

Our Guitar Teachers
Alex Shepherdley
Alex Shepherdley lives in Lancefield and started playing guitar in 2011 when he was 13. He has completed Certificates 3, 4 and Diploma of Music Industry at Kangan Institute. Once he graduated at the end of 2019 he planned to record and release music with my band Ariella and begin to pursue a career as a professional musician.
As a result of COVID, the band broke up so in 2021 he started recording a solo album under the stage name “Alex Steele” all while teaching beginner guitar lessons at The Guitar Room. His main Musical Influences are Jimi Hendrix, Lenny Kravitz, Arctic Monkeys, Led Zeppelin, John Mayer and Kings Of Leon.
Stephanie Perkovic
Loving music from a young age Stephanie started her music journey on a keyboard, quickly progressing to piano, guitar and drums. During her instrumental learning she completed various courses in music, song writing and music production, and now, with all this experience she has gone on to teach piano, guitar, drums and song writing, aiming to share as much of her knowledge as possible to her students.
